science--fashion is a style in its essence - a movement started by a singular person. me, L.
it is for others who value everything i value: philosophy, theology, literature, art and science.
i chose the name 'science--fashion' because it sounded a lot like 'science fiction'. this style relies heavily on concept. each ensemble must have an underlying theme. at the same time you are wearing the style and a costume, this derridean 'at the same time'-ness is what underpins the style.
it is important to create patterns and references within the themes. perhaps monday for 70s Stevie Nicks and tuesday for victoriana. also philosophical movements may be integrated into the style: deconstruction or existentialism would be challenging to attempt, but ultimately possible. a challenge is best.
dressing with reference to a particular era, movement or scientific idea defines the style.
it is unisex. that is a key element.
as a non-binary individual, it accommodates for my gender.
it is a genderless fashion, which may use masculine and feminine elements.
at the moment, this style is a concept and at its conception.
